Italian Ice Cream Chain
Ice cream chain was set to open a new storefront on the ground floor of an apartment complex. Taking branding elements from two other locations, we wanted a fresh design that was catered to young families. Also, a colorful glass ‘barn house’ allows for a cascade of colors to shine through the space for children to play safely and freely.
Custom Design
Wire framed seating designed with different roof tops showcased our concept of ‘play and make believe.’ The long back wall gave us the perfect backdrop for each of our shapes to shine. The designs are simple and geometric, very contemporary.
Simple shapes make up a theater platform and playful seating or standing.
The idea of ‘pretend’ continues and so the central element of the space is a tree designed as a paper-cut-out, 2d element, perhaps as in a storybook. The tree also speaks to the artisanal, natural ingredients of Stefino ice cream.
Extra outside seating is available and take a similar design aesthetics as the rest of the space.
